If you’re experiencing these symptoms… it might be nutrient-related

Sometimes we might think our fatigue or hair loss might just be signs of normal aging, but It could just be that we need better nutrition.

Fatigue — B vitamins, iron, vitamin D, copper

Muscle cramps — Magnesium, Potassium

Hair loss — Zinc, iron, biotin

These symptoms don’t always mean a deficiency — but they could be a warning sign.

I don't usually begin with a single ingredient product.  I like to begin with a good multivitamin like the Foundation Multi (2 capsules per day), because often nutrient defiencies are more broad than just one thing. Then, if I am not seeing a resolution of symptoms after 8 weeks, I may recommend a specific nutrient or doing testing to see if there is a deficiency.
