“The consumption of ultra-processed foods at an early age was associated with hyperactivity and inattention symptoms in adolescence.”

In this study, they found that the amount of ultra-processed food that infants consumed at age 12-16 months correlated with an increased amount of hyperactivity symptoms at age 12-13.
