Omega-3 (Monopure from Xymogen): Anti-inflammatory and supports brain health.
Magnesium Glycinate: For stress response, muscles, + sleep.
Vitamin D + K2: Immune + bone health.
Prebiotic: (Fiber MGP from OrthoMolecular) fiber supplement fiber with prebiotics for immune health, as well as to help my GLP-1 hormone system.
High-quality multivitamin: Covers foundational needs without fillers. I try to eat right, but I know I don't get 5-6 servings of veggies a day (I just try really hard). This gives me the nutrients I might be missing. Activated B vitamins and the minerals are bound to protein in a process called chelation. I know my body can absorb and use it. (Foundation Multi)
